Justponics offers FREE standard shipping to the continuous 48 states. ​

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping is the default shipping method and includes delivery by a small parcel carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days for parcel ground delivery in addition to order processing time which varies by product.

When will my order arive?

Estimated delivery ranges between 2 – 7 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We only offer free shipping to the continuous 48 states. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries.

Returns

We at Justponics work hard to give you a quality product that you are want to own. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

Return Period

All products are eligible for return. From the time the order is successfully delivered, you have 30 business days to send the item back to us for a return. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Once we receive the package, you will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we will not be able to accept the item as a return.

  • Defective product due to manufacturer.
  • Product is damaged during shipping.
  • Product does not work.
Return & Refund Process
  1. Email us at hello@justponics.com and include:
    • order number
    • first name,
    • last name,
    • email address,
    • phone number,
    • reason for return
    • photo or video of the issue if applicable
  2. If we can help you resolve the issue over email, we will try. However, if we cannot resolve the issue, our customer support will send a return shipping label file, which includes our address and shipping method, to your email.
  3. Carefully package the return order, print and paste the return label onto the package. Within 7 – 10 working days, ship the order back to us at the address on the return label.
  4. When the order returns to us, we will issue a refund to you via stripe/credit card within 5 – 10 working days.
